Orientation will be Saturday February 28, call Tobi for time. Monday- Friday from 6:30-7:15 pm is the time slot. You can choose any 2 days per week for $60.00 or you can do 5 days per week for $100.00. Pick the program that best fits into your budget. This is a one month program. You will have the option to continue after the month. There will more details on that as you start working out. The workouts will be at CrossFit Highland Village. Its at 407 and Garden Ridge.
