Think Wellness...Preventative...Not Medical!!!

I start this with a lot of good thoughts going on in my head on this topic.  If you really think about it, medical screenings find problems (cancer, diabetes, cholesterol, hbp, arthritis, thyroid and many other issues could fall in here), but they don't really have technology to find early stage or early indicators of disease process.  So you either have a problem or you don't in their eyes.  There is no in-between.  So if the doctors find nothing, they tell you to come back next year and do it again.  Taking home no health program or suggestion of any kind.  Then if they do find something that needs further evaluation, they will put you through an entire gamut of testing and scaring you along the way.  Why do you want to sign up for that approach to health care?  That health care, makes its money in treating cancer.  Did you know that 90% of insurance billing is accumulated during the last 30 days of somebody's life.  That means medical insurance for the most part is paying for your death, not your health.  So being proactive is what you should be doing to improve your health.  How do you become proactive?  You have to be willing to accept that you will never have perfect health, but you should always strive to achieve perfect health.  You need to look at what your eating, as 85% of all disease is based on your diet.  You need to be eating real food.  Avoid fake processed foods.  You need to do your homework and look into what is real food and what isn't.  You need to take into account your stress levels and see what you can do to eliminate as much stress as possible.  Everybody has stress, but the difference is on how you manage stress.  There are many other variables that do affect your health, so you do have more options and choices when becoming proactive.

Our goal here at the Whole Body Healing Center is to help you avoid prescriptions drugs that treat diseases.  Don't get me wrong, there is a time and place for you to see a medical doctor.  Most all trauma injury/accident cases need medical intervention.  Heart attacks and strokes also need medical attention.  But when dealing with a disease label (arthritis, cholesterol, bp, thyroid, colitis, heartburn, insomnia, IBS, and much more) for the most part, by changing your lifestyle we can help you prevent these disease labels.  If your looking for direction on how to get started with your wellness journey, please call me at 972-434-7780 and set up an appt for a consultation.  I would love to help you.
