Detox Day 3

Ok, I have made it through the first 2 days without any problems. No headaches or any really noticeable symptoms. This may not be the same for many of you. Symptoms are common during the first few days. Day 3 things should start to get better as the day goes on. Hang in there and remember to listen to your body. If you need to rest, please make sure you are resting. Post any comments or questions right here, i will be checking regularly to reply.

Rest..... What is that???? We have a 7 month old teething baby, but we are determined to stick to our detox!!

Couldn't find any mayonnaise with only olive oil so I found a recipe online and I whipped up a batch.... Super easy and super yummy!

Been using it as a base for my home made salad dressing too..... Delicious!

Would love to hear any good recipes from anyone doing the 28 day detox....

Here is one we are loving right now:

1 Zucchini sauteed in coconut oil seasoned to taste
2 Eggs fried in butter
Goat cheese to taste

Layer Sauteed Zucchini then Eggs and finally thin slices of goat cheese on top.

The goat cheese melts into the eggs and the egg yolk runs over the zucchini making a very yummy and satisfying breakfast

Great work Ken and Melissa. I know its hard with a new born. Sounds like you guys are off to a rockin start. I am happy you are doing well. Please keep us posted daily with your progress and thanks for recipe, that sounds awesome.
